the theme of the resort is Horses. Lot of horses moving freely in large corrals. The resort is nestled in an immense saguaro park. From very beginners to advanced riders one can find awesome walk ride or lope among natural beauty of blossoming cacti. Restaurant has super menus and breakfast is a fantastic buffet + a la carte vast choice.

Lots of fun activities throughout the day for all ages. We especially enjoyed the Sunset Horse Back ride. Breakfast was included with the price of the room and they had a great breakfast buffet or you could order off the menu.

We loved the energy of the place. Super friendly staff, lots to do, food and drink all taken care of (we were all inclusive guests). Many facilities even open 24 hours. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great mattress. Nice that it is family friendly without feeling like it is aimed at children. I liked the fact that the tennis etc equipment is all there ready to use, so you don’t have to book a slot for this. The cowboy cookout was a lot of fun and a great way to bring people together. We had some really nice conversations with other guests. The food was great too.

Kids' programming was great. Very helpful. Gave the adults a chance to get a break. Beautiful pool. We went swimming twice in one day. Love the waterfall. Fantastic and beautiful setting. Rooms were also beautiful. Cowboy Cookout was unforgettable.

Ideal location as we visited the rodeo in Tucson. Food was average but extremely expensive in the dining room. Better value for money in the dog house bar.

My lower rating overall is because the hot items in the buffet, despite having a good selection, were lukewarm at best, never hot. I was also disappointed when some food items on the menu were not available for both dinner and breakfast.

The horse riding programs at this ranch is the most impressive on our tour. We are all new to horse riding but there are a number of programs that are at our level but challenging enough that made impression. There are also more advanced programs for people with more experience with horses. That will be next time for us. Also the staff are really nice and helpful with our schedule changes, especially John. That has made our stay much pleasant!

Food and drinks were great and staff was attentive. I liked the animals around the property and the feeling of being out on a real ranch. Beautiful landscaping and property. Spa was fantastic.

Valerie Friend helped make my sons birthday special with a cake along with some of the other staff members - I have been here a few times in my lifetime always have loved it here - I even got the chance to meet Bob Cote many years ago and presented him with some designs which he used on the matchboxes - he was respectful and kind.
